They have a wealth of professional experience, Enhanced DBS certificates, Safeguarding and First-aid training.

Charlotte Cattrall BA (Hons.), PGCE, QTS
Director & Teacher

Charlotte is an experienced Practitioner, Teacher and Director with 12 years experience in performing arts education. After training in Musical Theatre at LIPA Academy, she gained a BA (Hons.) in Drama & Theatre Studies from Royal Holloway University of London and a PGCE in Secondary Drama & English Education from University College London IOE with Qualified Teacher Status.


Charlotte is the Head of Drama in an independent senior school in London, and has taught Drama, Musical Theatre and LAMDA in various schools across London, Liverpool and Hong Kong with a 100% success rate. She was a judge for London College of Music Speech & Drama Festival, a GCSE Drama and LAMDA Examiner and trained with Juilliard School of New York education specialists. 

Charlotte still works professionally in the industry as an Performer. She is a classically trained singer having sung at national and international concerts, with choirs and as a soloist accompanied by the Philharmonic Orchestra. She has sung for King Charles III, US Secretary of State and was a finalist in the National Eisteddfod. ​She has also performed in several musicals produced by Bill Kenwright.

Her directing credits include children's productions of Into the Woods (Hong Kong 2019), Little Shop of Horrors (Hong Kong 2018), Oliver (London 2017), A Christmas Carol (London 2020), Romeo & Juliet (Hong Kong 2018), A Christmas Carol (2020), Great Expectations (2021), MVS Shakespeare Festival (2021), The Wizard of Oz (2021), Oklahoma! (2022) and many showcases and concerts.


Charlotte is passionate about making performing arts education accessible for all young people and the transformative impact it can have on the mental health and well-being of young people.

Alex Gordon BA (Hons.), MA, PGCE, QTS

Alex is an actor, director and teacher. He studied for an MA in Writing, Directing and Performance at the University of York and trained in Acting at Drama Studio London.


Alex performed in Trevor Nunn’s epic Shakespeare production of The Wars of the Roses, toured A Midsummer Night’s Dream to Germany, France, Japan and China and performed Romeo and Juliet and Private Lives in open-air theatres across the UK.


Alex trained as a teacher, earning a PGCE and Qualified Teacher Status from the University of Exeter. Whilst teaching English and Drama, he also taught at a performing arts school for children and directed a sell-out production of A Midsummer Night's Dream at Corfe Castle in Dorset.


Alex has recently returned to the industry as an Actor and Director whilst continuing to teach Drama, helping young people become more confident and discover their passion for Acting.

Joseph Miller BA (Hons.)

Joseph Miller is an experienced Director, Actor and Teacher who is passionate about Performing Arts Education.


He graduated from Italia Conti Academy of Theatre Arts, one of the leading Drama Schools in the UK, with a BA (Hons.) in Acting where he was immersed in professional theatre and screen Acting. 


Joe founded The Uncle Ian Theatre Company and Directed their most recent project 'Drivers' gaining critical acclaim and outstanding reviews. The production is due to be reprised in early 2023.


Joseph has also trained with Mountview, and is a member of the National Youth Theatre. He is an experienced LAMDA teacher and specialises in teaching Acting.
